Marketing Manager
About The Role
Human Capital is a different kind of company with a different kind of business model—part venture firm, part recruiting company, part engineering talent agency.
That’s why we need a different kind of marketer—part strategy, part operations, part writing, part product marketing (among other parts). You’ll play right hand to the head of marketing, partnering on company priorities, challenges and opportunities of all sorts. You’ll help craft team strategy, write strategy briefs and product positioning for new services, write blog posts and social content, and play copywriter for recruiter outreach. You’ll be crucial to defining our marketing strategy and approach, and core to how we bring that strategy to life.

Your Past
- 3+ years of experience in marketing (or strategy & ops, biz ops, and consulting).
- You’ve written both internal strategy briefs and external content (blog posts, social, etc).
- You’ve worked for tech companies and with engineers and developers.

Director of Product Engineering
About The Role

In the last 5 years, that mantra has led us to invest in 8 unicorns, including Livongo, Snowflake, and Brex (where we wrote the first check). We have over $250M AUM, and our portfolio has more than $100B in market cap. And we've built a network of over 5,000 incredible, driven, ambitious engineers. Now we're looking for a Director of Product Engineering to help build our next chapter.
As the Director of Production Engineering, you will be leading our engineering team (3-5 engineers), and working with all other teams in the organization, to build products and systems to maximize Human Capital’s value to our members, portfolio companies, and investments. If you’re passionate about venture capital, entrepreneurship, people, and technology, Human Capital is the place for you.
Your Past
- You have built products & software systems from 0-1, and have also scaled systems to thousands of users
- Have managed projects with multiple stakeholders
- Operated in a startup environment
- Have experience working in or near recruiting, investing, and/or sales
